Company Momentum Increases for Seventh Consecutive Quarter with Strong Revenue and Profit PLANO, Texas - July 6, 2005 – Fuego®, the thought leader in agile business process management (BPM) solutions, today announced that it has achieved 52 percent license revenue growth during Q2 2005, as compared to Q2 2004. The company also announced that total revenue grew by 60 percent versus Q2 2004, and by 19 percent over Q1 2005. Fuego added 14 new enterprise-level customers in the quarter, each spanning the full process life cycle, as well as expanded current customer installations. The company continued to expand its distribution reach by adding an additional OEM relationship, two new domestic and five international resellers. The company pointed to the continued success of FuegoBPM™, its award-winning BPM product, the global increase in BPM and service-oriented architecture (SOA) market awareness, as well as a strong shift away from departmental solutions toward the adoption of enterprise-wide process development platforms as the three main drivers for its continued growth during the second quarter. FuegoBPM is an advanced software platform that enables companies to easily and rapidly achieve the promised benefits of a service-oriented architecture (SOA). Customers can model their business processes, define key performance indicators (KPI’s), simulate them, connect those processes to people and systems, run them, manage process exceptions and measure, monitor and optimize their effectiveness, at a fraction of the time, effort and cost of other solutions. At a recent Gartner BPM Summit, four of Fuego’s customers presented their BPM usage and successes in a conference case study session. During the session, executives from Chamberlin Edmonds, Sallie Mae, Southwest Airlines and Sterling Testing Systems described how the BPM process improvement effort is helping their companies to exceed business objectives and improve overall business performance. According to the Fuego users, the ease-of-use, comprehensive capabilities, scalability, reliability, open architecture and value-based pricing of FuegoBPM were strong differentiators over head-to-head platform/infrastructure and pure-play BPM competitive product evaluations. “One of the many reasons that we continue to win customers and partners is because we encourage them to try the software before they buy it, something many other vendors shy away from,” said Jon Lauck, president and CEO, Fuego. “By trying out the software, companies of all sizes can easily see how FuegoBPM delivers rapid, measurable business results and operational improvements.” About Fuego For more information, contact Fuego at 972-801-4200, or visit http://www.fuego.com.
